Okay, so I’m here with Pam and we just finished up the roof today and I’ve got two questions for you, Pam. How do you like the new roof?

Pam
I love it. I tell you, you have gone above and beyond our expectations to helping us through this because there’s a lot of ins and outs. If you don’t have a good roofer that will stand by you and help you, it makes the process a lot harder and you’ve made it really great.

Adam
Well, thank you so much. I love hearing that and last question for you, how is it that you would describe what I do?

Pam
Well, I tell you what, you do a lot of work not only setting up the process of getting it done but making sure everything runs well, making sure that you help us get what we need out of the insurance companies because we find that they are very difficult to work with if you don’t know how things go.
