Kim
I’m doing good, happy, finally.

Adam
Yes, yes, this is not actually my crew working back here. This is a different crew. What’s going on today, Kim?

Kim:
So because of Red-tail Roofing, I finally am able to get my solar panel installed. We needed a new roof and I needed a guy who I knew would care.
You know, Red-tail Roofing is like working with a family that makes sure that you get the best roofing service. We’re happy, super.

Adam
That’s awesome. So I really appreciate that. I’m glad you get your solar on today. They’ll have you done probably today.

Kim
Yeah, I believe so. Just like Red-tail Roofing, it was probably, what, half a day?

Adam
It was pretty quick. Yeah, we moved quick.

Kim
My husband, when he came home, he was extremely happy. I don’t know why, but he said it was awesome. I guess it’s a guy thing.

Adam
Okay, so one more question for you. So when I talk to people and try to tell them what I do, sometimes it doesn’t come across right. So how would you describe what I do?

Kim
So this is how I would describe it. When I first met Adam, he’s the Red-tail Roofing owner, I could tell that he wasn’t after money. Like he said, we could save your roof if they could make it happen, if they could install the solar panels without having to change the roof because your roof is new. So he’s not after like, yeah, let’s change the roof so that he can get, you know, moolah.
But no, I could tell that he truly cared. But unfortunately, the solar company said we needed a new roof. So I mean, it was unfortunate, but at the same time, fortunate that I met him and I knew that I wouldn’t get scammed or that I would get less quality of what I would want.
So yeah, that was good.
