After a hail storm that hit virtually every house in the neighborhood, we were inundated with “door knockers” wanting to bid on the repair. We called our insurance agent to ask for a recommendation. I’m so glad we did. They referred us to Red-tail Roofing. Steve Sutlick who worked with us from start to finish, including assisting us with picking out materials for the roof and gutters, and even helping us with our mortgage company. He recommended class 4 shingles from a very reputable supplier. They cost more, but because they provide added protection from future hail damage, we actually got a cash refund and a reduction in our annual homeowners’ premium! The roof and separate gutter crews were polite and cleaned up the area as if nothing had happened. Red-tail does NOT “door knock”–they work only on referrals. I would highly recommend them–5/5 stars. We had a great experience with Red-Tail Roofing for an initial inspection and consultation regarding possible roof damage. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, and they were able to come out and take a look at our roof quickly. They took the time to explain what they were seeing and answer our questions, which was really helpful. They came highly recommended by a family member, and I can definitely see why.
