Red-tail came recommended to me by someone I trust and is as particular as I am. Adam came out and evaluated my roof after all the hail storms we’ve had this year. He was knowledgeable about what insurance adjusters would be looking for if I wanted to file a claim and his (from what i could tell, well informed and experienced) opinion of a claim being approved through my insurance company. He was also very clearly knowledgeable about his trade in general. He was straight forward and honest about my roofs condition and the next steps. He gave me several actionable options that could be done to try and squeeze more life out of it from straight forward DIY projects all the way through a quote for a full replacement. He was not pushy or trying to sell me on anything, and was more than happy to answer all of my questions.
