Adam came out and evaluated my roof after all the hail storms we’ve had this year. He was knowledgeable about what insurance adjusters would be looking for if I wanted to file a claim and his (from what i could tell, well informed and experienced) opinion of a claim being approved through my insurance company. He was also very clearly knowledgeable about his trade in general.
He was straight forward and honest about my roofs condition and the next steps. He gave me several actionable options that could be done to try and squeeze more life out of it from straight forward DIY projects all the way through a quote for a full replacement.
He was not pushy or trying to sell me on anything, and was more than happy to answer all of my questions.

Adam answered the phone on a cold, rainy Saturday afternoon and came right over to investigate a leak. He took the time to explain the cause and gave great advice on next steps. We will be calling him when the time comes for a new roof, too.

Steve, Angel, and all install team at Red-tail roofing went out of their way to assist us with our roof replacement and came highly recommended by our insurance agent. The crew that installed the roof did a really great job and we couldn’t be happier with the inspection, coordination with our insurance and claims department, installation, and clean-up afterwards. Steve was always available for calls and questions, and the guttering crew were amazing as well and did a great job of looking for ways to make our drainage even better. I would highly recommend and will use Red-tail Roofing again should mother nature decide that we need another roof and gutters in the future. Great job!
Our insurance agent recommended Red-tail Roofing and I am so happy she did! Steve from RT was at our house every time our insurance came out. Our insurance initially low-balled our claim and wasn’t covering all the damage from the storm. Steve did all the heavy lifting, filing the appeal and dealing with insurance, we didn’t have to do any of the frustrating back and forth. Our appeal was approved thanks to Steve showing all the damage the initial insurance inspector missed. It took a few weeks for the work to start but the crews showed up bright and early and worked until sundown. They left our yard and landscaping clean after they finished. I have since recommended RT to other neighbors who are also using them for their projects. Steve took the stress out of a very stressful situation.

Having to make an insurance claim after a severe storm is never fun especially when our house, garage & shed all had damage. Red-Tail Roofing stepped up after we were given the run-around by a different company. Chris H helped coordinate everything from start to finish. Coordinated all paperwork, roofing supplies and gutter work. Chris had the crews show up in the morning and they were completely finished with ALL 3 roofs by 3:30pm! The guttering crew did an amazing job as well. Chris and Red Tail Roofing made the entire process easy with no stress. Highly recommend them.
