An upright company! Outstanding service! Steve and his crew did a great job installing our new roof and gutters. And they cleaned up nicely too. I’m most impressed with the honesty of this company and their follow up. To have a repair of this size requires organization, a thorough explanation of the process, and follow up conversations. Red – Tail Roofing is your company!

If I could give them six stars, I would. Steve, Angel, and all install team at Red-tail roofing went out of their way to assist us with our roof replacement and came highly recommended by our insurance agent. The crew that installed the roof did a really great job and we couldn’t be happier with the inspection, coordination with our insurance and claims department, installation, and clean-up afterwards. Steve was always available for calls and questions, and the guttering crew were amazing as well and did a great job of looking for ways to make our drainage even better. I would highly recommend and will use Red-tail Roofing again should mother nature decide that we need another roof and gutters in the future. Great job!

Red-tail came recommended to me by someone I trust and is as particular as I am.

Adam came out and evaluated my roof after all the hail storms we’ve had this year. He was knowledgeable about what insurance adjusters would be looking for if I wanted to file a claim and his (from what i could tell, well informed and experienced) opinion of a claim being approved through my insurance company. He was also very clearly knowledgeable about his trade in general.

He was straight forward and honest about my roofs condition and the next steps. He gave me several actionable options that could be done to try and squeeze more life out of it from straight forward DIY projects all the way through a quote for a full replacement.

He was not pushy or trying to sell me on anything, and was more than happy to answer all of my questions.

Highly recommend giving them a call if you are needing a roof looked at for a professional opinion!

After a hail storm that hit virtually every house in the neighborhood, we were inundated with “door knockers” wanting to bid on the repair. We called our insurance agent to ask for a recommendation. I’m so glad we did. They referred us to Red-tail Roofing. Steve Sutlick who worked with us from start to finish, including assisting us with picking out materials for the roof and gutters, and even helping us with our mortgage company. He recommended class 4 shingles from a very reputable supplier. They cost more, but because they provide added protection from future hail damage, we actually got a cash refund and a reduction in our annual homeowners’ premium! The roof and separate gutter crews were polite and cleaned up the area as if nothing had happened. Red-tail does NOT “door knock”–they work only on referrals. I would highly recommend them–5/5 stars.

We had a great experience with Red-Tail Roofing for an initial inspection and consultation regarding possible roof damage. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, and they were able to come out and take a look at our roof quickly.

They took the time to explain what they were seeing and answer our questions, which was really helpful. They came highly recommended by a family member, and I can definitely see why. We were very impressed with our experience so far and would feel confident recommending Red-Tail Roofing to others!

Great experience from start to finish! Excellent job communicating all expectations and concerns and we love the end result. No question I’d choose Adam and his crew with Red-Tail Roofing for any future work.

Excellent work from start to finish. The crew was professional, reliable, and did a great job on the roof. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend this company!

Red-tail roofing came out with extremely fair and accurate evaluation of my roof following the incredible hail storms last week. They were by far the most responsive company in the face of so many calls. They didn’t try to sell me unnecessary repairs or materials and gave me complete reassurance of the shape of my roof. They were able to demonstrate that I had solar panel damage. Chris was extremely professional and honest. If I had any need of repair or replacement, I would not hesitate to call red-tail roof roofing first.

Great experience!! Quick, efficient and very thorough. Very happy with the entire process.

We had a great experience with Red-Tail Roofing. Chris was incredibly responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He not only helped us get organized and address the roofing issue itself, but also connected us with other services we needed along the way.

What really stood out was his follow-through. After the roof repair was completed, Chris came back to help us address an additional concern and connected us with a trusted service partner for mold remediation. He genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of beyond just the roofing work.

We really appreciated his communication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. I would absolutely recommend Red-Tail Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust.

Red-tail was very knowledgeable and paid closely attention to detail. All the work was done correctly and looks really nice.

Fantastic communication and service! Chris was incredibly timely and flexible on scheduling. Couldn’t be happier with them!

Steve Sutlick and his team worked with my insurance and was able to complete the job on time with a minimal deductible. Quick, minimal noise and they did a great job!

We had a phenomenal experience with Chris! He provided so much information and eased our minds after we got hit with a nasty storm!

Having to make an insurance claim after a severe storm is never fun especially when our house, garage & shed all had damage. Red-Tail Roofing stepped up after we were given the run-around by a different company. Chris H helped coordinate everything from start to finish. Coordinated all paperwork, roofing supplies and gutter work. Chris had the crews show up in the morning and they were completely finished with ALL 3 roofs by 3:30pm! The guttering crew did an amazing job as well. Chris and Red Tail Roofing made the entire process easy with no stress. Highly recommend them.

Red-tail was very helpful in getting the details set up ahead of the job (shingle colors, tree trimming, details on the gutters, etc) and then got the job done quickly and at a reasonable cost. I am very satisfied with my experience with them.

I worked with Chris Hotchkiss at Red-Tail Roofing to have my roof replaced after a bad hail storm. He was very knowledgeable and so helpful in guiding me through my roof replacement, as well as how to manage the insurance process. Everything was completed on schedule and the new roof looks fantastic. I’ll definitely work with Chris and Red-Tail-Roofing for any future roofing needs.

Our insurance agent recommended Red-tail Roofing and I am so happy she did! Steve from RT was at our house every time our insurance came out. Our insurance initially low-balled our claim and wasn’t covering all the damage from the storm. Steve did all the heavy lifting, filing the appeal and dealing with insurance, we didn’t have to do any of the frustrating back and forth. Our appeal was approved thanks to Steve showing all the damage the initial insurance inspector missed. It took a few weeks for the work to start but the crews showed up bright and early and worked until sundown. They left our yard and landscaping clean after they finished. I have since recommended RT to other neighbors who are also using them for their projects. Steve took the stress out of a very stressful situation.

He gave me an evaluation of my roof after a recent storm/lightning strike. Turns out I only had some maintenance items that needed addressed and no insurance claim needed. He fixed the issues immediately for a price that was a great value.

Adam answered the phone on a cold, rainy Saturday afternoon and came right over to investigate a leak. He took the time to explain the cause and gave great advice on next steps. We will be calling him when the time comes for a new roof, too.

Red-tail Roofing was excellent to work with. Adam at Red-tail Roofing was very upfront and thorough about their process. He answered all of my questions and provided helpful recommendations prior to installing a new roof on my house.

Adam was great. He came to check out my roof and gutters. He was quick in inspecting the roof, and gave me some tips on keeping my gutters maintained. Very nice and a good communicator.

From the beginning, Steve Sutlick was right there taking care of everything from filing the claims to overseeing the work. Things were done efficiently and the workers took precautions to not damage plants and outdoor furniture.
